The Story
A curious object, the Wardian case. For a time, the Victorians became obsessed with gathering ferns from communal woods—as well as from distant, exotic lands. Tall as a man, the glass Wardian cases were both decorative and protective, separating one's most treasured specimens from the choking pollution of the city's factories. Mist the air with this fern-based aroma, and you may find—as the Victorians once did—a brief respite from the disappointments of modernity.

I LOVE this scent. I don’t want to smell “sweet” or “flowery,” I want to smell interesting. This is the kind of scent that you know you like, but you can’t put your finger on. It smells like wet fern and I love it.
I was a bit nervous to order this scent, since it isn’t available as a roll-on perfume to try with the library sample pack. However, I’m very glad I took the risk, because this room spray is delightful! Came relatively quickly and beautifully packaged with my other items. Highly, highly recommend!
