International Shipping Policy Update 2/17

Due to ongoing tariff changes, political instability, and repeated international delivery disruptions, we previously paused all international shipping.

We have now reopened international orders with important conditions.

At this time, international shipments are sent entirely at the customer’s risk. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Delivery delays, customs holds, or returns to sender are outside of our control.

  • Once the package leaves the United States, it is no longer within our jurisdiction.

  • If an order is returned to us by your country’s postal service, customs office, or carrier, we are unable to issue refunds.

  • We are not responsible for lost, seized, delayed, or returned international shipments.

  • No refunds or reshipments will be issued for international orders.

Unfortunately, we have previously absorbed the full cost of returned packages, international shipping fees, and carrier penalties. As a small, independent business, this is not sustainable for us long-term.

This policy is not what we want — it is what we are currently forced to implement in order to continue operating responsibly.

If you choose to place an international order, you are confirming that you understand and accept these terms.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Here are a few of the frequently asked questions we receive as well as policies. (International Orders see below.)

INGREDIENTS - free of phthalates • No parabens • No synthetic dyes • No formaldehyde • Vegan-friendly • Cruelty-free

Always do a test patch on your skin before using a new product.
If you are unsure of allergies, consult your clinician before using. We follow strict guidelines for the cosmetic industry as well as safety compliance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note: We are currently shipping outside of the US, but due to the tariff issues, and political climate- we had our international shipping closed. However we have opened it again, but the condition is that you are willingly taking a chance on your order getting sent back, or not arriving. When you place your order you are agreeing to this and recognizing that it is no longer in our hands or we are not responsible for any issues that occur. We can not issue any refunds or returns. This isn't what we want, but it's what we are forced to do at the moment as a small business. Boo. 


SHIPPING QUESTIONS

My Order Says “Shipped” But Has No Scan

If you received a shipping email but don’t see tracking updates yet, it simply means we printed your label.

We print labels in batches and hand-pack every order. Tracking usually updates within 1–3 business days after your shipping notification.

Our turnaround time is under one week. We ship Monday–Friday.


Where Is My Order?

If tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t have it:

• Postal carriers sometimes scan packages early
• Most packages show up within 2–3 business days

About 90% of these cases resolve themselves. Please allow a couple days.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. But we can help you with Hexes.


Broken or Damaged Items

If your item was damaged in transit, email us a photo.

We will replace broken items. Always. We are cool like that.


Leaky Bottle?

Temperature and pressure changes happen. (Sometimes the post plays football.)

Send a photo. We’ll replace it.

Perfumes need to cry sometimes too.


Order Mix-Ups

We are human. Mistakes happen.

Send us a photo of your packing slip and the incorrect item, and we’ll fix it.


Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or exchanges.

For sanitation reasons, we legally cannot accept perfume back once it has left our shop.

If something is wrong, please reach out. We are kind humans and will always do our best.


PERFUME QUESTIONS

Oil vs Spray Perfume

All perfumes need a carrier.

• Eau de Parfum = fragrance oil + alcohol
• Perfume Oil = fragrance oil + carrier oil (rolled onto skin)

Perfume oils:
• Wear closer to the skin, creating an intimate scent experience 
• Smell slightly different on everyone
• Can last just as long (or longer) depending on body chemistry

For strongest staying power? Layer oil + spray.


Why Does It Smell Different On Me?

Body chemistry.

Perfume oils blend with your skin and create a slightly unique scent on each person.


How Do I Apply Perfume Oil?

Roll onto pulse points:

• Wrists (this is the important one.)

• Back of neck • Behind ears • Forearms 

Secret tip: apply to covered areas like chest or stomach. Heat releases scent gradually and helps it last longer.

Always patch test first.

Do not ingest perfume. (Can you believe we even need to say that?)


How Long Does It Last?

Everyone is different.

Some people smell it all day.
Others reapply every few hours. We feel confident you will be pleasantly surprised.


I Can’t Smell My Perfume Anymore

Your brain adapts to familiar scents.

It’s called “olfactory fatigue.”
Others can usually still smell it.


Shelf Life

Perfume oils: approx. 2 years recommended.

Store away from heat, light, and air exposure.

Sprays:
• Organic perfumer’s alcohol
• Fragrance oils
• Essential oils

All products are cruelty-free and vegan.

Labels are designed by Lacey and often perfected by my sister-in-law Karen.
Stories are written by my brother Clayton.
Candles are hand-poured by my mother-in-law.
Orders are packed by our small in-house team.
