Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship Monday–Friday via USPS, with tracking provided on every order. Our turnaround is usually under one week. We print labels in batches and hand-pack every order, so tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after you get your shipping email.

Lost, stolen, or "delivered but missing" packages: Once your order is handed to USPS, delivery is in their hands. If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, most packages turn up within 2–3 business days — check with your household and mail carrier, then reach out and we'll help however we can. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

Damaged or leaking in transit? Email a photo to seanceperfumes@gmail.com and we'll replace it.

International: Please allow up to 60 days due to customs delays. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees. Once an international package leaves our hands, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for loss or delays.
