Product Maker
Full-time · $22/hour, room to grow · On-site · Chatsworth, CA
We make small-batch fragrance oils and body oils by hand, and we’re moving fast — we need a careful, reliable person to help us make them. This is hands-on production work. If you like precise, repetitive craft work and take pride in getting the details exactly right, you’ll do well here.
What you’ll do
- Blend and mix perfume oils and body oils by following our recipes exactly
- Fill roller bottles and bottles, cap them, and label them
- Measure accurately and keep careful batch records
- Quality-check every batch: correct fill levels, leak-proof caps, no contamination
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked with components
- Help keep our inventory of bottles, caps, and labels accurate
- Quality control and product inspection
- Must be willing to sign an employee confidentiality agreement
What we’re looking for
- Reliable and consistent — we need someone we can count on every scheduled day
- Very detail-oriented and comfortable measuring precisely
- Able to follow written recipes and instructions closely
- Comfortable working around fragrance oils all day (not scent-sensitive)
- Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 40 lbs if necessary
- Clean, organized, and steady with repetitive tasks
Nice to have (not required): Experience in cosmetics, candles, soap, food handling, lab, or any hands-on production work.

Packing & Shipping Associate
Full-time · $20/hour · On-site · Chatsworth, CA
We ship thousands of orders a month and need a fast, accurate, dependable person to get them out the door. This is the last set of hands on every order — accuracy and care matter. Our products are glass and fragile, so packing them right is the whole job.
What you’ll do
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately from our order system
- Pack fragile glass bottles securely so they arrive perfect
- Add the right inserts and samples to each order
- Print shipping labels, weigh packages, and prep them for USPS pickup
- Keep the shipping station clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
- Help us stay on top of order volume and clear backlogs
- Answer customer service emails and navigate our order system on our ecommerce platform
- Must be willing to sign an employee confidentiality agreement
What we’re looking for
- Reliable and consistent — someone we can count on every scheduled day
- Fast and accurate, with a sharp eye for detail (right items, right address)
- Comfortable using a computer and label printer
- Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 40 lbs if needed
- Organized and calm under a busy queue
Nice to have (not required): Warehouse, e-commerce, fulfillment, or shipping experience.
