Ichabod's Dream opens like dessert and does not stay that way. Sweet pumpkin soufflé, warm and perfectly harmless, until the ground turns over underneath it… dirt, leather, smoke, and something burning in the distance.
It is the ride, in order. Sweet at the start, and considerably less so by the end.

The Story
Where others relish the autumn time wisps of pumpkins and spices, the same such scents have caused some to awaken in a cold sweat.
How hard it was for one Mr. Crane to escape the grim memory of a dark steed galloping furiously as its headless rider held aloft a flaming jack o'lantern.
The Box
This is the first Seance perfume to arrive in a box of its own.
Each bottle comes in a printed black lid-and-base box, illustrated on every side and finished with a glossy lamination, with the story printed on the back panel. The bottle inside is illustrated to match.
Only 500 were made.
Pairings
If you like a scent that changes on you, this is the one that changes the most.
Pairs beautifully with Dead Man's Party to keep the smoke going, or All Hallows' Eve if you would rather stay in the sweet part of the evening.

Not one of my favorite scents from Seance, but it does have a nice, warm vanilla-like smell that wafts beautifully around the house. I otherwise love the unique box the perfume came in (the packaging is always splendid) and am glad I gave this one a try!
This is the 3rd time i have ordered from seance, and I would commit a crime if this shop closed. The scents are incredible and unique, I have sensitive eczema prone skin, and none of the products I've gotten have ever caused a flair up. Also the marketing emails are TO DIE for, i am always excited to see these emails come in. Fun facts, beautiful aesthetic choices, and death related puns can arrive in my email anytime.
Not my usual scent I would normally pick, its good for the season. Fiancee loves the scent so it'll definitely be making an appearance this fall 🖤
If you want to smell like a pumpkin goth (yes, I am coining this term now), this is the perfect scent for you. The pumpkin is lighter than I expected, and same with the smoky scent, which makes a perfect combo in my opinion. I will be wearing this every day!
I can't say enough about this scent. I bought three, and am debating on more.
it stays on really well and the scent fades a little into a smoky pumpkin and it smells so good, a little goes a long way
