The Story
As you lay the bouquet atop the closed casket, it is impossible not to smell the dirt still clinging to the fresh-cut roses. The pine box lowers, and the ears fill with the sounds of shovels scraping against rock and root. It is here that dark thoughts begin to cross the mind. What would you give to possess something you love for all eternity? What is the most you would sacrifice, dear reader, if it meant never again having to say goodbye?
Pairings
If you love florals but hate anything powdery or soapy, this is your answer. It wears close, natural, and just unsettling enough to feel personal.
Pairs beautifully with something deeper or resinous to ground it further—or with the Mourning Compact to keep it close.

My favorite scent. It’s like a lingering hug from a lost relative. It’s sweet but but also mysterious. Subtle and lovely.
Ive been hunting a scent that reminded me of funeral flowers for YEARS. Everything either had the floral aspect, but too much musk, or overbearingly floral so that i choked on the smell. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. A haunting floral scent with a hint of grave dirt. Absolutely perfect.
