The Story
Inside this vial is something sweet and mysterious: combining cedar, saffron, and sandalwood with the boldness of cocoa. Imagine the scent of the house that awaited Hansel and Gretel when they stepped forth from the woods. Every adventure needs a little bit of danger, but take care to find your way back!

This scent is also made as a 4oz Embalming Oil — the same fragrance, mixed from the same master batch, in a dropper bottle for body and hair.
The roller is your perfume. The Embalming Oil hydrates, perfumes your hair, and layers underneath to make the roller last longer.
Pairings
If you love scents that are sweet but not simple, this is the one. The Witching Hour wears beautifully alone, but it also layers well with The Hedge Witch for a darker apothecary feel, or Cemetery to add earth, incense, and graveyard drama.

Exactly as described, a smoky chocolate. Like a bonfire of incense and a deep dark chocolate. It smells amazing on its own, but I'm experimenting with layering it.

This smells AMAZING!! The cocoa is what I seem to smell once it dries but my husband says he is smelling sandlewood so probably a combination. Which is definitely how it is described when hansel and gretel find the house in the woods. It was definitely worth the wait (which was USPS, NOT Seance! Or maybe just my luck lol) and I am beyond happy that I treated myself for my Birthday to their products (also that I already ordered more!)
Smoky chocolate indeed. This was a HUGE hit with my coworkers. It’s such a sensual and mysterious scent. I wish it had a lotion oil. These ppl know how to do perfume. Another unique scent. Blew my expectations out of the water and my expectations were HIGH.
